Our customers share us the exact car models , usage requirements, performance expectations and appearance preferences firstly .Based on these,we use softwares such as CAD for 3D modeling design to show the appearance, structure and dimensions of the carbon fiber automotive products to customers.We start to cut the carbon fiber fabric into the appropriate shape and size by using laser cutting machines after confirmation.And then impregnate the carbon fiber fabric with the resin fully and cure them into shape.Next, we remove burrs on the products to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality.Finally we inspect the products thoroughly to satisfy customers’ demands before they are shipped to customers.
